Discovering and naming your values can help define the why behind your life. This can help give us clarity and give direction and purpose to our actions. When we know our values, we know ourselves better and can build a strong foundation for action or reacting to other’s actions.

This exercise is meant to help you discover (or determine), prioritize, and/or name your core values.
